The Finer Print

The above menus are base priced to include food , beverage and single use disposables only.   Depending on the specific details of your event such as number of attendees and location chosen for your BBQ , you will require Service Staff , BBQ Chefs and Service Rentals such as BBQ”s,  tables and linens which will be arranged in advance by EdgeCeptional Catering’s event coordinators.   Depending on the size of your event, this can be estimated at an additional cost upwards of $4+ per person.  A more accurate quote can be provided once more details of your event are determined.

All BBQ’s require a minimum of 50 guests (excluding children under 4 yrs.) otherwise a surcharge of $ 3 per guest will apply.  We do not charge for children under 4 years of age, and offer $ 5 off the regular menu price for those between  4  to 10 years of age.  We ask at the time of guest confirmation that you provide us with the numbers of children in the above age ranges so we can bill accordingly.  If you are still searching for the perfect location for your BBQ, let us help you out with providing information on many parks and picnic sites that you can pre-book exclusively for your event.
