Jerica and Jeff were married on a cold and wet Spring Day. However the weather was no deterrent for the joy and love they shared on their special day. The day began with an intimate indoor ceremony followed by a setup for a plated long table dinner for their 140 guests. Serving “Mr & Mrs” signature cocktails, guests enjoyed a stunning charcuterie, cheese and “byo” bruschetta bar for cocktail hour as they awaited the finishing touches for their 4 course plated dinner on a beautiful long table garden scape.

The meal reflected our couple perfectly, their favorite “modern comfort” cuisine at it’s best! Tableside greetings of a watermelon & lemon amuse bouche, followed by a favorite spring salad and a 4 choice protein plated dinner delighted each and everyone. Desserts galore celebrated a spectacular finish to a great meal, followed by dancing and many more festivities through the night. With so much love, family and friendship surrounding our special couple, they had the time of their lives. The Edge Chefs cooking on the dike, all dressed in winter attire battled the wind and cold, complemented by our lovely service and bar teams. Collectively Team Edge with our amazing service created an unforgettable wedding for our beautiful couple….

"We reached out to several caterers frantically when, only five weeks before our wedding, our caterer informed us that they could no longer cater our wedding.  While several companies responded quickly with quotes via email, it was only Judy who spent two and a half hours with us at a coffee shop doing a run-through of our special day in order to get a thorough understanding of our vision for the wedding.
