Bar Management
Edge Catering is happy to assist with providing extensive bar services for your celebration in two ways. First, is our full service bar, where Edge provides the liquor license and product for service, which is billed back to the client, and the second is service only, where the client provides the liquor license and product for service, which is handled by Edge with a handling fee. All of our staff are SIR certified as required by BC liquor licensing regulations. Additional fees for bartending staff, rentals, non-alcoholic drinks, special bar mixes and garnishes are applicable with these event services.
Here's an overview of what you can expect:
Customized Beverage Menus: Menus: Working closely with clients, Edge will design options that align with the event's theme, preferences, and budget, recommending selections of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bartending Staff: Providing accredited, professional, and experienced bartending staff, our team are skilled in mixology, drink preparation, and providing excellent, responsible beverage service to your guests.
Bar inventory sourcing: Once a bar menu is set, your Edge Catering team will source out and purchase all wine, beer alcohol, mixes, garnishes etc.
Bar and Equipment: From setup, and providing the necessary equipment including stations, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other essential supplies, we ensure that the bar is organized, stocked, and ready to serve guests. Once the event concludes, we close the bar area for service, divert recyclables and waste, after cleaning up the space.
Bar Management: Edge Catering can oversee the overall scope of bar services. From licensing, purchase and service of all wine, beer alcohol, cocktails, mixes, garnishes etc., final billing is based on a consumption basis
Bar Breakdown: Once the event concludes, the Edge Catering team takes care of breaking down the bar area, ensuring proper disposal of waste, and cleaning up the space.
