  • Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

    Sunday* 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

    *minimum $750 food spend on Saturday

    *minimum $1000 food spend on Sunday

    Delivery charges - varying rates apply based on location

    Weekend delivery - $120 in addition to regular delivery charge

    After/before hours delivery – varying rates apply based on time/location; charged in addition to regular delivery charge

    Set up charges – varying rates apply based on quantity of items

    Next/same day pickup – varying rates apply based on location

    For all items on reusable dishes:

    Pickup of service items will take place the next business day, unless otherwise pre-arranged and may be subject to additional charges.

    If Edge personnel are onsite attempting equipment pickup and is not possible (i.e. the contact cannot be reached or dishes cannot be found), additional pick-up fees will apply

  • For next business day delivery, we require:

    Cold breakfast orders confirmed by 10am

    Cold lunch orders confirmed by 12pm

    All hot breakfast and lunch orders 48-hour notice

    Orders confirmed under 24 hours' notice may be subject to select availability and delivery time.

    Food orders under $200 are not eligible for delivery.

    We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders or changes with the following charges applicable:

    Additional fee for next day orders placed after 12pm previous day

    Additional fee for confirmed orders changed after 12pm for next day delivery

    All orders requested as individual packaging and labelling are subject to applicable charges.

  • All cancellations required in writing with at least 1 business day prior (before noon) for cold food, and a minimum of 2 business days for hot food.

    Food that has been already prepared prior to cancellation above will be delivered/donated and charged in full. A 25% cancellation fee will apply to the balance of the order value cancelled including associated costs.

  • We will do our best to accommodate special dietary restrictions, with applicable additional charges. As our facility is not allergen free, we cannot guarantee or assume any liability for any cross contamination.
