Late-Night Snacks with Edge
Here at Edge, we like to do late-night snacks a little differently.
The traditional way to serve late night snacks is to set up a station (which usually ends up in a dark corner somewhere) and let guests serve themselves. Although this is one option, we find there is a lot of food waste as people either don’t see it, don’t want to get up or are too busy at the bar or dance floor to care 😊
Our solution… rather than setting up a station, we prefer to save you the trip and bring our late-night snacks to you! Noodle boxes, Poutine, Sliders & more, keep the party going with our late-night snack offerings. If you want to really elevate the experience, pair our offerings with mini beers, margaritas or mocktails.
