Connecting great food and people to create world class event experiences reflects Judy’s passion for catering. Gaining food and hospitality experience early in life, armed with university degrees, varied career and business paths, global travels, and entrepreneurial roots, the passion of food and connections kept calling. In 2004 she put that passion into play.
Edge Catering was created from humble beginnings. The Edge brand has evolved and elevated, our home is now a large, purpose-built facility at Hastings and Victoria. Building a team with the best in the industry has cultivated an environment where the Edge Family can thrive and excel in their careers, fostering a culture of camaraderie that is so important to her. Judy’s commitment, endless drive, and "Can-Do" approach has made Edge Catering one of Canada’s top catering brands.
Judy’s passion and commitment for her business is reflective of these words from the late Anthony Bourdain - “I’ll be right here. Until they drag me off the line. I’m not going anywhere.
